The Rondo Grunwaldzkie stop is a 3-minute walk away, Kazimierz is about 12 minutes away, and the Main Square is about 20 minutes away.

The studio apartment consists of a room, an "open kitchen" and a bathroom.

The apartment has been renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, stove), and the bathroom has a washing machine.
